Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab, Mian Maqsood Ahmad stated that we welcome and support the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, upon suggestion of “multi-lateral dialogue” to resolve the Kashmir issue to ensure peace in the region.

As reportedly, more than 100,000 people have been killed in the conflict since last 70 years of freedom struggle of Kashmiri people, and India maintains more than half a million troops in the disputed region. While UN and other Human Rights agencies keeping criminal silence of this burning issue, where Indian army troops are brutally killing the innocents and resultantly, children becoming orphans and thousands of women becomes widow, 20 thousands youngsters are still in prisons and torture cells.

It’s time arises, world authorities comes forward and play their role to stop Indian atrocities and must realized that the peace will never prevail without accepting the right of self determination and freedom of Kashmiri people.

Our Mission

Jamaat views regarding the three terms ‘Al-Deen’, Divine Order’, and ‘Islamic Way of Life’ as synonyms.

Our mission of ‘Establishment of Deen’ does not mean establishing some part of it, rather establishing it in its entirety, in individual and collective life, and whether it pertains to prayers or fasting, haj or zakat, socio-economic or political issues of the life.

It is incumbent upon a believer to strive for establishing Islam in its entirety without discretion and division, and believer’s real objective is to attain Allah’s pleasure and success in the this world and hereafter, this cannot be realized without trying to establish Allah’s Deen in this world.
